Ex5 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document outlines the terms governing use of the ex5 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
1Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using the ex5 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document and all related policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ex5 platform.
To use the ex5 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the age of majority under applicable Malaysian law.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where online betting activities are prohibited.
- Not using the service on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party who does not meet the eligibility requirements above.
2Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the ex5 platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balances.
You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, and up to date. ex5 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs through your account is considered your own, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the ex5 support team. ex5 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account if you have failed to keep your login credentials confidential.
3Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
While using the ex5 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, or other technical means to access or interact with the platform without ex5's written authorisation.
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or exploit any technical vulnerability in the gaming or payment systems.
- Transferring, selling, or assigning your account to any third party.
- Using the platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering or financial fraud.
- Abusing the bonus or promotion system by making fraudulent deposits, creating multiple accounts, or any other form of promotional abuse.
- Disrupting the normal operation of the platform or other users' experience by any means.
Any violation of the above rules will result in immediate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of associated winnings, and legal action where appropriate.
4Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
Deposit
All transactions on the ex5 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via available methods including DuitNow, FPX, and supported e-wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to set limits and may change at ex5's discretion.
Ex5 does not accept deposits from third-party credit cards or bank accounts not held in your own name. Any deposit proven to have been made using a third-party payment method may be frozen pending the outcome of an investigation.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to applicable terms. Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification (KYC) before approval. ex5 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals that raise suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering pending the outcome of an investigation.
Winnings obtained through bonuses or promotions may be subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is permitted. The specific terms for each promotion will be stated in the respective promotion's terms.
5Liability Limits, Account Policies & Intellectual Property
Ex5 Liability Limits
The ex5 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ex5 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continued availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, ex5 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.
Account Suspension and Closure
Ex5 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or for operational reasons. In cases where an account is closed through no fault of the user, any valid cash balance will be returned in accordance with the established procedures.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ex5 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software, and other materials — is the exclusive property of ex5 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from ex5.
Third-Party Links
The ex5 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. ex5 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website. Use of third-party websites is entirely at your own risk.
6Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
Ex5 reserves the right to amend, add to, or modify any part of these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this website. Your continued use of the ex5 platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact the ex5 support team to close your account.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
